It doesn’t have to be Work!

Whatever it is that you do on a daily basis, whether you stay at home, go to an office, work for yourself or are in a sales environment, your success can be determined by how much or little effort you put into the presentation of yourself.

Putting yourself together for work or whatever it is you are doing doesn’t have to be a chore.  I have found that picking out what I’m going to wear is so much more fun if you have some pieces in your closet that you are automatically drawn to that make you feel good.  Whenever I find something that I am in love with, I buy it in different colors.  Even though it’s the same thing, it looks completely different when you wear it in a different color.

Another trick to make choosing your outfits easier is to find a certain style that suits you and find various pieces of that style. For example, if you are someone that finds pencil skirts flattering, find as many as you can in different fabrics, patterns and varying lengths so that you know no matter what they are going to look fabulous. Some fabrics and lengths will be more appropriate in the Winter and some more appropriate in the Summer (without boots or tights). If you adopt these time saving tricks you will find that even though you are essentially wearing the same things, it will certainly not appear that way to anyone else 😉
