Feels like Winter Again…

“You can’t start the next chapter of your life if you keep re-reading the last one!”

The past few weeks in Utah have been pretty mild weather, but then last night the winds came in and suddenly we are back down to 30 degrees and definitely feeling the cold.

I am so ready for spring and for the warm weather to come and finally stay, but I guess since I have no control over the weather, and regardless of what I want to have happen with weather, it’s going to be whatever it is! So, with that being said, today I made the most of the weather and took the opportunity to wear a warm coat with an amazing accent scarf. Yes, the coat is simple, but with the addition of the Red and Black scarf it suddenly makes a statement and makes everything seem a little less cold!

Sometimes a warm, down jacket like this one is the only thing that really keeps out the cold, but that doesn’t mean it can’t look stylish. Adding fun accents like scarves, gloves and hats is a great way to dress up something that is simple.
