Headed out to the movies over the weekend wearing this great Hippie style top.  I love the boho chic style, paired with a pair of skinny white Jeans.  The criss cross lace up neck is something that kind of reminded me of a pirate shirt…

The cute flowered pattern is definitely feminine and looked great with my brown studded sandals.  I am always careful in the summer when I go to the movies to make sure that I am wearing something warm enough because I swear the air conditioning is set to 50 degrees.

I am definitely not a hippie at heart, but I do like some of the styles – especially if I can put my own twist on them.   I think it’s fun to try different styles and decide which ones suit your personality and of course your body type, to determine which are the most flattering for you.  This loose fitting top could look frumpy, but because I wore it with skinny jeans, I think I pulled it off.
