As you all already know by now my number one passion when it comes to style is definitely SHOES! When I found these amazing wooden heels at the beginning of the summer I just knew they were for me! They are really high but there is a little bit of a platform to make them not unbearable to wear.
I can tell you that when I do wear really high shoes I have to make sure that I am not planning on lots of time on my feet or walking – which sometimes running from one appointment to the next is what I have to do. Shoes can be something that tell a lot about the individual that is wearing them. I have had people tell me that the first thing they notice about me is the shoes I wear…and I consider that a compliment.
Feeling confident enough to wear bold shoes says a lot about someone in my opinion. It’s obviously not the only way to express yourself, but it does go a long way. Even if you are wearing an outfit that is simple or plain, by adding an amazing pair of shoes your entire look can be transformed.
When I want to walk confidently into an appointment, I always make sure I am wearing the right shoes to do that. It may sound superficial, but here’s something to consider…I do it for ME! When I feel good, I can transfer that enthusiasm into whatever it is I am doing. Shoes may not be your thing – perhaps it’s your accessories or even just a color, but whatever it is, wear what makes you feel amazing and watch what happens when you encounter other people. They won’t be able to ignore the amazing energy you exude.
To be amazing you have to feel amazing – walk into this week in style and see what happens!
