Not all that Glitters…

“You can find a way, or you can make one.”

For Today’s Sunday Best I was feeling rather festive so I pulled out an amazing skirt that I love…it flows beautifully and makes me feel really feminine and classy. I paired it with a sequined black sweater, fishnets and booties.

The necklace is really simple a black pear shaped Black drop pendant on a simple Silver chain – a perfect compliment to this classy looking outfit.  Because the outfit was just Black and Silver, I added a pop of color in the Lipstick – bright pink (see below for details)…

We are now officially one week until Christmas Day, so I wanted to take a moment to contemplate what I am grateful for:

1. My Family – sometimes the craziness, fighting and hectic schedules don’t allow me to really fully appreciate my family, but I can definitely tell you that I would not be who I am without them!
2. My Friends – growing up not having any sisters, I consider the girlfriends that I have the Sisters that I chose…I love each and every one of them!
3. My Home – being able to have a place of sanctuary is so important to me, even if my favorite place where I feel most grounded in when I am taking some ME time in the bathtub!
4. Myself – 2017 is going to be the year that I really make sure that before I deplete whatever I have available to give, I am going to keep my cup full by taking care and appreciating myself, the gifts, confidence and abilities that I have.
5. My Career – being in Sales has only helped grow my confidence, and I have developed amazing friendships along the way!

I hope that the hectic nature and gift giving of the Holiday Season doesn’t wipe you out, so that you still have the opportunity to appreciate the things you ALREADY have!
