Change it up

I like to change things up by not having the same hair style all the time.  

I have had shorter hair styles but I prefer to keep mine mid to longer length because it means I have choices. I can choose if I want to wear my hair down, up, wavy or straight.

Here are just a few examples of styles I like and have fun with…

I particularly love it when my hair is a little “dirty” because it makes it easier to wear it up. There are so many different ways of wearing your hair up and I love experimenting – but, I don’t do that when I am in a hurry, I have a few “go to” styles that I know I can do quickly. The best way to create and up-do is the day after you have washed your hair because it will hold in place for longer.  An alternative if you want to wear your hair up but you have just washed it is by spraying the roots with dry shampoo to dirty it up a little.

I love the dry shampoo powder from Lush because it smells fresh and even though it’s not a spray it still works great.  Another great option is Batiste dry shampoo – you can buy that at Target, Ulta and many other stores!
