Sunday Best with a Twist

As the days are getting shorter and the cold fronts coming in, wool and warmer clothes will be pulled out more and more!  Today was one of those days, this past week I haven’t felt great (almost as if a cold has been hanging on), so when I got up this morning the most important criteria as I was getting ready was comfort and warmth.  This great turtle neck sweater dress, even though it’s short sleeved, fit the bill.

Just to show you how versatile a leather jacket can be, I threw it on over the dress as I headed out to church.  The shoes are following the theme I have been talking about all week – and have chunky heels!

Even though the dress was comfy and cozy, as soon as I got hom I couldn’t wait to take it off and throw on some sweats.  Today really does need to be a day of rest for me, especially if I want to have a productive work week.  With that being said, my plan is lay on my bed, watch some Football, nap periodically and recharge my drained energy for the week.
