“A woman should be dressed to be remembered, not simply to be noticed.”
I have found that very often when I wear an outfit that is predominantly pale colors (whites or pastels specifically) that it can tend to wash me out.
Here’s a solution I tried…
In this outfit, I added a great pair of Bright Pink Pumps that add just enough color that they are spicing up the entire outfit. To finish it off, wearing a Pink lipgloss makes the pink more noticeable from head to toe. Pink is the perfect color for this outfit because the skirt contains a more muted pink, and the shoes just make that color pop.
Spring is a time where more pale colors become available, so finding something (whether it is a pair of shoes, accessory, or even makeup) to spice it up, is something that can transform the whole outfit from muted to bold!
I love to bargain shop and find deals, but, if I am looking for a real investment, I typically spend more on my shoes and purses, because those are pieces that need to last a little longer and you don’t want to wear out the same.
It is easy to create a look similar to this by yourself…go ahead, give it a try!
