Enjoying how you look when you go to work out can directly impact how hard you workout and most importantly that you actually do it. I have always loved working out, and even knowing that, finding the time sometimes can be difficult with the busy lives that we lead. I do realize that not everyone is the same as me, so I have a challenge for you, if you are someone that doesn’t enjoy going to the gym, running on a treadmill or anything like that…find something that you DO love, and dress like you mean business. I think you will enjoy it more, walking in with an attitude and taking control of your life!!
It could be something as simple as power walking your dog, or finding a dance class – my Mum took up line dancing and turned that into her exercise routine.
